Ake (Mario Muarer) is a growing young adult but still not mature enough, acording to his father (Santisuk Promsiri). To master all the necessary qualities of a man he wants him to visit Uncle Che (Nakorn Silachai) during school holiday.
Uncle Che is a truck driver and leads a rough life as an alcoholic and a womanizer. He does not wear clean clothes and his hair is untidy and messy. His job is to deliver goods all over Thailand assisted by twin brothers, Add (Kiatisak Udomnak) and Ood (Koeti Aramboy).
The four then set their journey on the highway and encounter ghosts, zombie bikers, and even pretty girls. Uncle Che meets up with masseuse Dao (Araya A. Hargate) while Ake have romantic moments with Bee (Patheera Sarutipongpokim), a convenience store cashier.
Soon their adventurous journey are mixed with surprises, chaos, and laughs with Ake learning new tricks along the way. At one stage Ake manages to pick up a gun for the very first time in his life. Will he transform himself by becoming a mature man after this?

Keesokannya, mereka ditemui oleh Atan, kawan baik Tom di kampung. Mereka dibawa ke rumah Atan. Pada awalnya Luna sukar menyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran kampung. Setelah beberapa hari, kereta Luna masih belum siap. Luna tiada pilihan, kecuali terus bermalam di rumah Atan. Namun keluarga besar Atan yang cepat mesra menyebabkan Luna mula menyesuaikan diri. Adik Atan, Manis, gadis "istimewa" sangat sukakan Luna. Kereta sudah siap, tibalah masa Luna perlu kembali ke Kuala Lumpur. Luna yang mula jatuh hati dengan persekitaran dan orang-orang di situ meminta izin untuk tinggal lebih lama. Semua orang gembira dengan keputusan Luna. Luna dan Atan semakin rapat, walaupun sering tak sependapat.

Luna kini mengenali kehidupan kampung yang selama ini begitu jauh daripada dirinya. Daripada bermain lumpur di sawah, menunggang kerbau, hinggalah memasak di dapur kayu, semua sudah dipelajarinya. Orang popular sepertinya, lambat-laun pasti dapat dijejaki. Krew penerbitan "Meletops" dapat menjejaki Luna. Ryan turut serta untuk memujuk. Luna tiada pilihan, kecuali pulang ke KL apabila Atan menghalaunya setelah menyangka Luna adalah tunangan Ryan yang selama ini cuba disembunyikan oleh Luna. Luna kini kembali mengacara. Candy, penerbit rancangan "Meletops" sentiasa mahukan rancangannya mengungguli carta teratas. Tanpa pengetahuan Luna, Candy menjemput Atan menjadi tetamu rancangannya. Atan bersetuju. Merekapun bertolak ke KL menaiki lori Atan. Rancangan bersiaran secara langsung, Atan dibawa masuk… Luna dan Atan terkedu apabila bertentang mata. Atan marahkan Luna kerana menyangka Luna menipu dan mempermainkannya. Luna pula marahkan Candy kerana memperalatkan mereka berdua untuk menaikkan lagi carta rancangan "Meletops"
